1. Data Collection

We collect basic account information (name, email) for authentication and subscription management. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (bKash, Nagad, Upay) and we only store transaction IDs for verification.

2. Motion Data & AI Prompts

When you use the AI Motion Generator or render a video, your prompts and uploaded assets are temporarily processed by our servers to generate the output. We do NOT use your private SVG files or prompts to train public AI models. Your creative assets belong to you.

3. Data Security

Your password is securely hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms. We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission.

Terms of Tool Usage

Motion4k is built specifically for microstock creators, animators, and video editors. By using our studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commercial Rights

Full Ownership: You own 100% of the commercial rights to the videos you generate using Motion4k.
Stock Agencies: You are free to upload the generated 4K MOV/MP4 files to Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Pond5, and any other commercial platforms.
AI Metadata: The titles, descriptions, and keywords generated by our SEO tool can be used directly on stock websites.

2. Fair Usage

            To ensure maximum performance for all creators, we employ fair-use monitoring on our lossless rendering grid.
        

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API endpoints.
Do not use the tool to generate illegal, hateful, or explicit content.
Accounts found abusing the render engine with automated bots (outside of our beta API program) will be suspended.

Refund Policy

Because Motion4k offers immediate access to high-resource cloud rendering and digital AI generation tools, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows:

1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Technical Issues)

If you purchase a subscription and the software fails to work on your device (e.g., cannot render videos, constant crashes), and our support team cannot fix the issue within 3 days, we will issue a full refund. You must contact support within 72 hours of your purchase.

2. No Refunds for "Change of Mind"

            Due to the high server costs associated with 4K UHD rendering and AI generation, we do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the tool or if you forget to cancel your subscription.
        

3. Account Bans

If your account is banned for violating our Terms of Tool Usage (e.g., using bots to spam the render queue), you forfeit your right to any refund for the remaining time on your subscription.
